Heat pump not heating

If your heat pump isn't heating or seems to be unable to warm the room 

1. Check coils are clean, Indoor coil & outdoor coil
2. check filter is clean
3. If the fan speed will not increase and the power light flashes at you it could mean you are low on refrigeration 
4. Check your remote that you do have it on the heating icon
5. check it is set at a temperature that will warm the room
6. Angle air to the ground to force warm air to the floor before it rises
