Home Ventilation and what does it do for me.

Home Ventilation is all about cleaner air and fresher homes, The best way to think about ventilation is to turn your home inside out and hang it on the clothes line on a nice day every day. (A nice day has a ambient breeze and low humidity)

In summer when it's hot and the wind is still, we are left with sticky wet humidity. This causes discomfort  sweaty arm pits and other pits if like me you have them and generally you feel like the air is thick or hard to breath.

Ventilation will bring dryer filtered air from the ceiling and simply change or replace the old nasty sticky air. This will give a fresher dryer feel to the home and in most cases remove orders as well. A bit like pulling on a fresh shirt after a shower.

In winter the big problems is steam from cooking, showers, and condensation on windows due to the home being closed up from the cold. Once again the cleaner fresher filtered air from the roof space will flush most of these nastys out and will help reduce condensation from windows reducing damage to windows, curtins, walls and carpets.

Remember that moisture increases ware and tear.

Most importante ventilation can't work if filters are dirty or blocked it's a bit like a milk shake vs thick shake, it becomes extremely hard to get anything out and puts a lot of pressure on parts. Change ventilation filters
