What should I use for Heating & cooling

There is only one way to heat and cool and that is with air condictioning heat pumps.

Radiators and gas systems give nice heat but they can't cool, ventilation HRV, DVS, Moisture master can have heaters attached but they are only tempering units and can generally only add 5 to 10 degrees to the roof temp and are very inefficient.

ventilation to dry and renew air works well with AC or heat pumps which recycle air.
